United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties Announces Funding Allocations for 2026

WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI – United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties Board of Directors approved plans to invest $545,300 in south Wood and Adams Counties in 2026 during its board meeting May 7, 2025. 

 

Programs that receive United Way funding must demonstrate they are making an impact in one of four impact areas: healthy community, youth opportunity, financial security, or community resiliency. United Way will be investing $511,550 in south Wood County and $33,750 in Adams County.

 

United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties will raise these funds during its 2025 campaign this fall. The United Way campaign runs from September 1st to October 31st, 2025. 2026 allocations are contingent on enough funds being raised this fall.
