Dolly Parton's Imagination Library

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children from birth until the age of 5.  From the first book “The Little Engine That Could” to the last book, “Look Out Kindergarten, Here I Come!” each book is selected with a special purpose, based on the age of the recipient.

United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties' Women United has partnered with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to provide this program to the children of south Wood County. Since Imagination Library starting in 2017, $46,456 has been invested in the program!  There are no income requirements for the children enrolled; they just need to be a resident of the following zip codes:  54457, 54469, 54475, 54489, 54494, or 54495.  Call 715-421-0390 for more information.
