WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI — United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties' Women United is proud to announce the 2026 Power of the Purse event, taking place on March 10th from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Bullseye Golf Club.
The event brings community members together for an evening of networking, pasta buffet, raffles, and a silent auction featuring designer purses. A cash bar will be available for guests as they browse the auction items.
All proceeds from the event directly benefit local literacy programs and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a program that fosters a lifelong love of reading by mailing a free, high-quality book every month to registered children living in south Wood and Adams Counties from birth to age five, at no cost to the families.

Tickets are $40 per person in advance at uwswac.org/power-purse or $45 at the door.
