Stuff the Bus Was A Huge Success

Stuff the Bus/Stuff the Desk of south Wood County 2019 was a great success! Thanks so much to all the area businesses, organizations and individuals who donated supplies and/or money to this great cause. Because of their generosity, we were able to send 827 students back to school with the supplies they need for a great and productive year. This year we collected; 659 backpacks, 590 packs of colored pencils, 684 boxes of crayons, 528 highlighters and 356 rulers, just to name a few items donated by our caring community. Another huge thanks to all our wonderful volunteers we had at both events. We are very appreciative of all their help and hard work at these events. We could not collect, sort, count or pre-pack supplies without them. It is always so great to have these amazing volunteers come back year after year to help us.

Stuff the Bus of Adams County 2019 is completed and it was a wonderful event! Thanks to all the businesses and

individuals who donated supplies, we were able to give 259 students the tools for a great new school year. Thanks also to all the volunteers who helped make this event successful. Supplies were collected, sorted and pre-packed for all the students who needed a little extra support in getting the supplies they needed for school.

Thank you again to each person, organization and business that made both these events so successful. The Stuff the Bus/Desk committee is so thankful for you, your kindness and generosity with this event. It is great to see the communities come together to supply our students in need with some extra help. We will soon be busy planning for next year’s event and hope to continue the success of these events.
