Summer Fun Fair 2020 Organization Registration Form

The 3rd Annual Summer Fun Fair will be held on Friday, May 1, 2020 at WRAMS (Wisconsin Rapids Area Middle School). This years theme is Superheroes. For more details of the event, CLICK HERE.

Summer Fun Fair will run from 11:30AM - 3PM. Your organization can start setting up at WRAMS at 11AM and be ready for students by 11:25AM. All organizations must stay for the entire event. A mandatory orientation will be during the Youth Success Coalition meeting on April 13th, 2020 at 1PM at McMillan Library in the All Purpose Room.

A brochure will be sent electronically to parents and caregivers about how students can sign up to participate in your program.

All participating organizations MUST attend a MANDATORY orientation during the Youth Success Coalition Meeting on Monday, April 13, 2020 from 1:00 - 1:30pm at McMillan Library in the All Purpose Room.
